MY ANALYSIS
SONNENZIMMER USE COLOUR AS A BOLD STATEMENT IN EACH PRINT IN ORDER TO CREATE VARIATION AND DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN SHAPES.
THE TOPIC OF EACH SCREEN PRINT VARIES ACCORDING TO BRIEF, HOWEVER, EACH PRINT IS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE A STRONG MESSAGE USING MINIMAL TEXT AND CAPTIVATING, COLOURFUL PATTERNS.
THE BOLD AESTHETIC OF SONNENZIMMER'S WORK IS SOMETHING THAT I WILL CONSIDER WHILST CREATING AND DESIGNING MY OWN PRINTS.
THE LINKING ELEMENTS BETWEEN SERIES OF PRINTS IS AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIVE TOOL AS IT ALLOWS THE VIEWER TO FAMILIARISE WITH THE AESTHETIC. ------> THIS IS SOMETHING I HOPE TO APPLY WHEN CREATING SERIES IN MY PRINT WEEK.
